How spiritual intelligence creates a humane human

Abstract.....The humane human, how do we define him/her? The trend in the shift towards inclusivity, be it socially, or culturally or politically can pull us together in a shared humanity. It calls for an interconnectedness between humanism and spirituality. The two need to be correlated not isolated from one another. From time immemorial, spirituality is perceived which exists on a higher dimension, that is superior to the erroneous humanness. It is not something that is existential in saints…See More

Self restoration while encountering the uncertain times

Abstract.....While grappling with uncertainty, the question often arises how to get back the restored sense of self. How brain waves are affected by the ocean waves

Abstract......A long stare at the ocean, listening to its waves, crashing and roaring induces a change in the frequency of our brainwaves and our minds lull lazily in a relaxation. From there, we are carried into a meditative state. As we listen to the sound of its waves, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, and we unwind in tranquility. The ebbing and flowing, the coming and receding of the waves, the frothy delight topping them, stimulates the decluttering in the human mind, as…See More

Through the opening and closing of the doors, the deepest presence of life is felt as we let ourselves feel the feelings we refuse to feel. We contract and expand but through this…See More
