I have come to realize how we feel, our emotional state at any given moment is not what makes us. Our character is solid and is who and what makes us unique. Emotions and our feelings are but leafs on the ocean. Most important in all is the cultivating of a calm mind. Love together with insight into the true nature of reality and our own existence is key to true happiness and compassion.

OM! We are all interconnected and dependent on each other, everything is dependent on another for it to be, there is no island, nothing exists independently on it's own. The nature of our existence is we are social animals, we need the compassion of a mother as soon as we are born, not knowing who we are or even whose arms we are resting and yet there is a bond an affection between mother and baby.
