Follow the HIIT full body workout program at home without having to worry about hitting the gym. Kick start your exercises with some warm ups. The Plank jacks and the one leg box step up are excellent cardio workouts for the leg muscles that get tightened. Squat jumps with dumbbells tone your arms and legs well.
