You don’t need to be a pro to practice Pilates. We have a superb 30 minute Pilates workout for beginners which are extremely thrilling! The breathing technique forms the base of Pilates and strengthens your core muscles. The hip rolls or rotating your arms improve flexibility. The prone warm up and cat pose stretches the spine out and releases any stiffness in the body. The basic exercise in Pilates is the Hundreds. Exercise your muscles with leg circles and crunches. The Oblique exercise here again is a great Pilates workout which improves body balance. The back kicks are a perfect core strengthening exercise. Enjoy the swan dive too to make the abdomen stronger.
