POEM "In Life We Live"
Love and light united as one
An essence of life has now begun
Together forever we shall always be
This sharing of hearts is setting us free
As we embrace with kindred soul
Throughout all time this is our role
To seek a mind and spirit grown
From the depth of self from which we own
And to dream of angels from up above
Such beauty is shared and born through love
We have this chance and God given right
To truly seek life with all of our might
And though at times we may be apt to fail
Be sure to feel life’s breeze within your sail
And upon new oceans we can then explore
But we must first build the courage to leave the shore
And to yearn for a strength that churns deep inside
Like channels of truth that flow in with the tide
Be never afraid to create what’s real
And always allow your heart to feel
The kindness in life that is found in a friend
Whom through their love often has a message to send
Because you’re a person that has always cared
I’ve written this poem from the heart that we’ve shared.
