Metaphysical Minister, Tammy Lynne Romer, Ph.D. (c), the author of the upcoming book, Love and Kale, a collection of women’s personal Self-Love experiences, spent years writing for others as a marketing strategist, managing companies in the US and Australia, and studying yoga, spirituality, and metaphysics while traveling her own Self-Love journey.

Little did she know, as she struggled through two divorces, a lifetime of career ups-and-downs, a burnt-out adrenal system, and the ultimate diagnosis of Relapsing/Remitting Multiple Sclerosis, that the answer she sought, the truest of all loves, was within her all along. 

Once she made this discovery, she committed the rest of her career and life to helping ALL women find, nurture, and hold on to their own Self-Love.

She established Love and Kale™ with one purpose: To Be In-Service to the World Through the Empowerment of Women.

To accomplish this bold vision, she applies her years of personal and teaching experience, studies and research, and work in the field, to design, develop, and deploy writings, media, events, and one-on-one coaching and classes for women--from all walks of life--to assist them in discovering their highest and best selves.

Love and Kale is led by Tammy Lynne Romer, Ph.D. (c), a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Northern Arizona University, a Level II Reiki Practitioner, and a Restorative Yoga Teacher.
