Change is all around. The world is changing as a whole, as we all are simultaneously changing individually. For us, this relates to work, family, economy, health, success and the like. As I get older, my sensitivity to sound seems to be increasing. Many sensitive people have this and my daughter who is a sensitive and with Asperger’s, has it too. Genetics, a wonderful thing, right?
How do I cope? We have a favorite little diner and we like to go at least a couple times a month for breakfast or lunch. However we go in between normal busy times. We stop in around 10 or 1:30. So it’s mostly empty, but sometimes the music is still too loud or people start coming…

SHUT UP AND LISTEN!
For most of us talking is a gift of gab but listening is way too farfetched. There are myriad reasons why preferred mode of communication is talking rather than listening. People are taught to go to the doctor when sick. They do exactly as the doctor says.
What happens when they still don’t get better?

A sacred bath includes prayer, meditation, intention, essential oils, crystals and visualization. It’s a consistent, inexpensive time and any bathtub will do. Sacred baths have a specific intention, meditation and prayer, done with a colored candle, a few essential oils and a crystal. All this energy supports the intention for that particular bath ritual, to build that thought form. So, if our intention was to relax, we could have a…

Solitude is a mighty power, magnetic in its ability to draws to us (and through us) wisdom and voice of the Spirit. Whether it’s our own higher self, the guidance of angels and spirit guides, or the pure unfiltered voice of the Divine, when we connect to that energy, we transform. We become better than we think we are. It is only when we eliminate the external noise of the world, when we lay aside the self-destructive chatter of our ego-self, that we can receive such wisdom. …

Owning our vibration with Spirit
By Colby Psychic Rebel
When working with spirit we may find ourselves leaning towards them to “raise” our vibration in order to connect. However, when we can accept that our vibrational state is our personal responsibility and not that of spirit, we are then free to find ways to elevate our personal energy allowing for the bridge of communication to flow freely with…

The spiritual journey begins with the deepest understanding that true knowledge is not acquired knowledge, and that it is not an intellectual, scholastic endeavor. It is something that begins with unlearning, with emptying, de-identifying, and de-conditioning the mind to retreat back to its pure essence and wisdom.
