There is never a moment that Creation is not “creation-ing.” At least in the realm of the Relative. Dimensions as levels of consciousness are infinitely coupling, begetting more Creation, into perpetuity—Its own power source. Every breath you take, every thought, every interaction is the grace, the magic, the mystery of the all-encompassing, boundless power of the Indivisible - One.
Awakening to the knowledge that you are part of Creation as a Co-creator, one begins to examine…

“Meditation is not for me...” is a common statement that some people tell me when I mention what I do for a living. I provide meditation sessions, among many other mind, body, and spiritual practices.
“When I’ve tried to meditate, thoughts keep coming to my mind, so it appears that I am not the kind of person that can really meditate.” This is another common belief I hear. After sessions, some of my students may say something like:
“I don’t know what I…

Gratitude…it’s one of the words that we use over and over to express our appreciation for what we have in our lives whether it’s tangible or intangible. We are taught to have an “attitude of gratitude” as a way of good living. To be seen as not grateful is to be seen as selfish and greedy. Feeling gratitude makes us happy! It sends positive energy into the world. Who wouldn’t want to be in an “attitude of gratitude”?
But, what if gratitude was more than just an attitude? What if…

“Your wrinkles either show that you're nasty, cranky, and senile, or that you're always smiling.” ~ Carlos Santana
In your busy life, have you burdened yourself so intently that you go for weeks without smiling? Do you remember how your own kids smiled over simple little things? Do you still smile and enjoy simple little things? Do you have a case of terminal seriousness, or can you stop and smile over your own intensity?
Smiling Helps You to…

Based upon Numerology, 2014 is a 7 Universal Year ( 2+0+1+4=7). The energy of the Universal Year has influence upon the collective experience for everyone on the planet. Knowing the meaning of the Universal year Number lends insight into what we can expect to unfold in 2014.
I suspect we will have many revelations in 2014 which will bring to light information that was previously secret because the 7 is associated with uncovering the truth about things that are hidden. Could that mean…

Rumi said, “Your task is not to seek love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers”. What are the barriers to love? What are the barriers stopping us to experience love? What are the barriers to having meaningful relationships with ourselves, children, friends and spouse?
We each have erected different barriers that can prevent us from experiencing love. Most likely these barriers were erected at an early age to protect us against future hurt and harm. We typically have a…

I once believed in the songs of meadowlarks
and the secret mists of early mornings.
And that the dreams of men might sail
on ardent breezes and rest in the gentleness
of a warm, springtime embrace.
I believed in the promise of seasons.
Each constant and…

A group that I was in recently was asked why we should be in the moment, in the now. How to get there and how we stay there in our day to day life. Some of the responses were things such as, “Why is this important?” and “it's too hard”. The one the really made me realize that the group was not “getting” the concept was when someone said, “I have to get out of the now to let my mind rest and to stay…

There's one theme that stands out in a lot of my conversations with the women entrepreneurs I work with: feeling overwhelmed.
These talented, dedicated women share that they're extremely busy, don't have time for themselves and have a hard time focusing because there's too much on their plate.
I get it, this was me last spring. But I ended up…
