Green Leafy Veggies are good for you and alkalize your body… and at the same time lower your chances of coming down with debilitating diseases such as diabetes. They are packed full of vital nutrients, minerals, and vitamins.
You can use any green leafy veggie, including chard, spinach, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion, Tree Spinach, and more.
My favorite is to blend up the following and put in the frig for later use.
2 cups of any kind of green leafy veggie.
2 medium cucumbers for more alkalizing ability.
½ or 1 whole small banana
1 lemon juiced
2 apples cored
1/2 cup of Moringa Leaves – (optional) or you could add sprouts of any kind.
2 cups of unsweetened fruit juice of any kind—you pick the flavor.
1 tablespoon of Spirulina Powder
1/3 teaspoon of stevia—(optional) sweeten to your liking.
1 inch of peeled ginger – (optional)
Blend up and get cold and drink to your hearts content. Makes about 3 or 4 servings.
Sweeten if need be with stevia or even a little honey… but not sugar.
