Here is a fast and simple way to make a great tasting rice milk.

2 - Cups of Cooked Organic Brown Rice
5 - Cups of Filtered Water
1/4 - Teaspoon Xanthan Gum - Natural thickening agent - adjust to your liking.
1 - Teaspoon of Vanilla - adjust to your liking or don’t add it at all.
(Optional) - Add a natural sweetener of your choice - honey, stevia, yacon syrup, mesquite powder or anything else you like.
Use a high powered blender and mix all the ingredients on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Then pour into a clean container and store in the frig for up to 5 or 6 days.
Now you have all the natural goodness of brown rice that you can pour over your cereal and use in beverages.
