“Here’s a wonderful vegan chocolate brownie recipe that anyone can make in a very short time… and they taste great!”
1 - Pound of any kind of organic nuts.
(Almonds, Walnuts, Hazel Nuts, Brazil Nuts, or any other nuts… even a mixture)
(Grind into a somewhat course powder using a food processor or powerful blender)
1 - Pound of pitted dried organic dates or dried figs.
(Use more dates or figs if you want a chewier texture, and pick dates and figs that are somewhat moist, not too dry.)
6 - Tablespoons of organic honey as the sweetener, use more if you like.
(Or use 3 tablespoons of honey and a little bit of stevia and add a little more dates and figs to off set the moisture.)
4 - Tablespoons of organic cocoa powder.
2 - Tablespoons of organic coconut oil.
Take the ground nuts and fruit and mix them together in a food processor. Then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Next spread this mixture out in a dish lined with either wax paper, parchment, or sprayed with just a little bit of some kind of organic oil so they don’t stick to the pan.
Place in the frig overnight and then cut into squares and serve.
Nuts, shredded coconut, or anything else can be used to decorate the top of the brownies, or just the brownies by themselves.
Or nuts and coconut could be incorporated into the brownies.
Experiment and make your own special recipe.
This recipe is very easy, healthy, and really taste great.
Could even be a nice gift for the holidays!
Remember they do contain nuts which contain healthy fats, and fiber from the nuts, dates, and figs.
