“Here is a simple process to see if you have inflammation”

And what to do about it!

If you have terrible back pain or joint pain and your X-Rays don’t show lots of trauma, more than likely it’s inflammation causing your pain.

In fact I know a man who’s 40 years old and walks with a cane… he has a hard time getting around.

But his X-Rays are much better looking than my X-Rays.

I have 2 fused vertebrae from breaking my back as a kid.

I have 3 squashed disks that are totally gone… and I AM PAIN FREE.

I was not always pain free.

I had lots of inflammation… in fact I had arthritis for 40 years.

But after starting the Whole Foods Plant Based Diet my inflammation disappeared… and so did my pain.

If you’re not sure if you have inflammation… I recommend the following process.

Take Turmeric 600 mg capsules - 6 of them 3 times a day for 7 days.

Take Boswellia 250 mg capsules - 4 of them 2 times a day for 7 days.

These are very powerful anti-inflammatory herbal agents.

If you start feeling better with these anti-inflammatory agents by the 7th day… then more than likely you have inflammation going on that’s causing lots of pain.

We are what we eat.

Most inflammation is caused by diet… eating animal protein, dairy products, terrible processed food, food additives, chemicals, and more.

Animal protein is highly inflammatory and causes lots of pain, swelling, redness and agony for young and old alike.

I recommend the following diet… it will change your life forever.
