Harry and Mahashakti chant a healing mantra named “Om Tryambakam" as part of the Saturday evenning Satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg, Germany. It´s also called Mahamrityunjaya Mantra. Information on Yoga Vidya Teachers Training Course or workshops. As well it is a protection and blessing mantra and a mantra you may recite for decedents. You can send the healing energie to others or to yourself. Usually it is repeated 3, 6,9, ... or 108 times.
